July, 2nd, Insigma US, Insigma’ US based subsidiary, inked prime contractor service agreement with Security Health Plan, the health maintenance organization owned by Marshfield Clinic, USA, for system integration and software development services.
Total contractual value is estimated to be over 20 million USD. The project will be implemented from 2010 to 2012. Resources for implementing this project will be a combination of Insigma’s China based resources and US resources.
